Grenache Blend, The Pale by Sacha Lichine Provence France '21
$9.00/Glass
$36.00/Bottle
From the creator of the iconic Provence rosé brand that sparked a worldwide phenomenon, Whispering Angel, arrives The Pale. Crafted with grapes from the Vin de Pays Du Var region of Provence, The Pale is a quality, quintessential rosé that makes all others pale in comparison: dry and refreshing in a signature Provençal grey-pink with light fruits and a clean finish. The Pale’s design-forward label, inspired by early illustrations from The New Yorker and that period, evokes the vibrant design and intriguing glamour of the Roaring 1920s. The bespoke bottle with a beautiful crystal embossment on the punt is more akin to the gins and whiskies one might see on the back bar, but with a modern playful twist meant to enliven any Roaring 2020s soirée or aperitif occasion.

Melon de Bourgogne, Domaine de la Grenaudiere Muscadet Loire Valley France '20
$12.00/Glass
$48.00/Bottle
Lemon-bright, sea-kissed and bone dry, Muscadet is the vinous child of the cool Atlantic and the Loire’s river plains, a grape that screams of the sea and promises easy pleasure. Melon de Bourgogne, the vibrant grape that makes Muscadet, is the life-blood of the Ollivier winemaking family, as they’ve been crafting wines at the meeting of the Sèvre and Maine rivers on France’s Atlantic coast since the eighteenth century.
Pinot Gris, Elk Cove Vineyards Willamette Valley Oregon
$10.00/Glass
$40.00/Bottle
This popular white wine is rich and vibrant, with great texture and mouthfeel. An expressive nose of nectarine, white flower and candied orange peel introduces this expansive, crisp wine with fresh flavors of fig, white cherry, and cantaloupe alongside an orange peel pithiness, ginger and lemon thyme. Critical Acclaim: 93 points Decanter.
Pinot Grigio, Scarpetta Friuli-Venezia Giulia Italy '20
$9.00/Glass
$36.00/Bottle
Scarpetta Pinot Grigio showcases some of the best sites in Friuli-Venezia Giulia for this aromatic varietal — starting with the light, gravely soils of the Grave region. This gives it a crisp, clean minerality. Additionally, 30% of their Pinot Grigio is planted on "Ponca" soil in the Colli Orientali on steep hillsides. The combination of the Grave and Colli Orientali lets them produce a wine which has body, bright acidity, and great minerality.
Sauvignon Blanc, Silverado Vineyards Miller Ranch Napa Valley '21
$12.00/Glass
$46.00/Bottle
On land first planted to vines in the 1870s, the Miller Ranch Vineyard is south of Yountville nestled between the Napa River and Hopper Creek. Here the soils are silty, cool, and deep, perfect for aromatic white wines. Open to the south, the vineyard enjoys the benefit of breezes and fog off the bay which contributes to the wine’s green citrus, melon notes, and bright minerality.
Red Wine Glasses
Cabernet Sauvignon, Sebastiani Alexander Valley CA '19
$15.00/Glass
$56.00/Bottle
Dark fruits and a silky texture combine elegantly in this full-bodied but sleek wine. Ripe black cherries and plump blueberries are lightly accented by mint and cocoa as mild tannins keep it smooth through the finish. 92 points Wine Enthusiast.
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre (GSM), Rive Droite Rive Gauche Côtes-du-Rhone France '20
$11.00/Glass
$43.00/Bottle
A stunning, fruit-packed wine with easy charm. The name was conjured up because this wine is sourced from both banks of the Rhône, with the grenache coming mainly from the left and the syrah from the village of Daumazan, near the Pont du Gard. This is a medium bodied rendition with a pure core of raspberry, wild strawberry and splash of black berry fruit in the mix. Its lithe with a lovely fresh cut to the sweet fruits that makes this look wonderfully elegant and damn easy to like.
Malbec, Sēta Mendoza Argentina '20

$12.00/Glass
$48.00/Bottle

$9.00/Glass

This wine is easy to drink, fresh and perfect for pairing with any of our sandwiches or burgers. PS - also, delicious on its own! Critical Acclaim: 92 points James Suckling, 92 points Wine & Spirits, and 91 points Wine Spectator.
Champagne & Sparkling
Champagne Drappier Carte d'Or Brut Urville France
$89.00
92 Points Wine Spectator: This bright and zesty Champagne is lightly juicy and appealing, offering flavors of Honeycrisp apple, ripe white cherry, biscuit and pickled ginger. Balanced and lacy in texture, with a lingering, spiced finish. From the winemaker: The Carte d'Or cuvée is the very expression of the Drappier style. With its very high proportion of Pinot Noir, one is almost tasting a Blanc de Noirs. Champagne with a fine aromatic richness, it opens with aromas of stoned fruits such as white vineyard peach. A spicy hint announces a powerful complex palate. A vinous Champagne of lovely complexity with a characteristic note of quince jelly.
Chateau de Bligny Grand Reserve Brut France
$69.00
100% estate produced. A deep golden robe underlined by a line of fine sparkling bubbles. A substantial, flowery (violet) nose, notes of white fruit, very ripe pear, creamy, slightly woody, mushrooms. A fine, dense structure, white fruit (peach, nectarine), gingerbread. An ample mouth and a wonderful length. 50% Chardonnay / 50% Pinot Noir. Critical Acclaim: Wine Spectator 90 points.
Domaine Jean Vesselle 'Oeil de Perdrix' Bouzy, France
$105.00
In modern Champagne, any color that might bleed from the skins into the juice is usually filtered out, so the wine is clear. In this traditional style, Delphine Vesselle allows the ripe Pinot Noir grapes from her vineyards in Bouzy to bleed color from their skins, and doesn’t filter it out, hoping to preserve what she describes as the soul of Pinot Noir. The NV Brut Oeil de Perdrix is floral, resonant and super-expressive, the Oeil de Perdrix has so much to offer. The interplay of aromatic top notes and Bouzy richness makes for a compelling, open-knit Champagne that is an absolutely joy to taste.
Roederer Estate Brut NV Anderson Valley California
$46.00
#27 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2018 Roederer Estate Brut, the first California sparkling wine produced by Champagne Louis Roederer, builds upon a 200-year tradition of fine winemaking that has made Roederer champagne among the most sought-after in the world. Roederer's winemaking style is based on two elements: ownership of its own vineyards and the addition of oak-aged reserve wines to each year's blend or cuvee. All the grapes for the Anderson Valley wines are grown on the Estate. Each year, the winemaker selects a portion of the best wines for aging in Center of France oak casks. Aged from one to three years, wines from this reserve cellar are added to the blend, creating a multi-vintage cuvee in the traditional Roederer style, known for its body, finesse and depth of flavor. The Roederer Estate Brut debuted in October 1988, and has since established its reputation as one of California's premier sparklers, remaining true to the heritage of excellence and style of its French forebears.

A longtime favorite at Boulevardier where we have carried this wine for many, many years. Pale gold with green hints. Bright freshness on the palate, delicate and lively purity. Well-balanced and harmonious, it ends with a clean lingering finish.

Wilfred Wong of Wine.com gave it 92 Points. COMMENTARY: The 2017 Barnett Vineyards Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon offers excellent and persistent density on the palate. Dark and spicy, this wine displays beautiful aromas of currant, cassis, sage and thyme, as well as hints of cinnamon and clove from barrel aging. On the palate, balanced tannins, ripe berry flavors, layers of cola and grenadine. The 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet is expressive with aromas of dark cocoa, red berry, and dried herbs. The palate is lush and fruit-forward with hints of spice and leather. The tannin is polished—fully integrated and balanced through the lengthy finish. 90 points Robert Parker's The Wine Advocate.

Jordan, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, CA '17
$105.00
Aromas of black cherries wrapped in a spice box of nutmeg, clove, and allspice jump from the glass. The palate is filled with flavors of black currants and plum that lead seamlessly to silky tannins and black cherry notes. Blackberry, Mission fig and black cherry notes linger on the finish. The combination of elegance and intensity make it a fitting vintage to celebrate 40 years of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon.
Pied à Terre, Sonoma County CA '16
$63.00
Pied à Terre (meaning “foot to earth”) embraces the philosophy that “the farmer’s footprint is the best fertilizer” ie. that attention to detail and meticulous care in the vineyard provide the most important foundation for making great wines. The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a small selection of notable Sonoma vineyards: Aunt Cathy’s, Nimble, and the Grable vineyards. Tasting Notes: Aromas of blueberry, black cherry, vanilla, and pencil shavings with a rich, sweet mouthfeel and incredible length. A perfect complement to hearty meat dishes.
Carignane

A brilliant ruby color. Lifted and inviting aromas of cherry, dried roses, cardamom and tea leaf, with dark cherry that transfers to the palate. Mid-weight textural wine with tons of energy and length - fresh and drinkable.
Au Bon Climat, Santa Barbara County, CA '20
$48.00
The Pinot Noirs of California’s Santa Barbara County may have gotten their biggest boost back in 2004 when they starred in “Sideways,” the now-classic wine road trip comedy-romance. This Jim Clendenon wine is fruit-driven followed by complex flavors of green tea, strawberry, cranberry, clove, and unsweetened dark chocolate.
Cobb Vineyards, 'Jack Hill Vineyard', Sonoma Coast, CA '16
$104.00
From a cold, steep site located near the Pacific Ocean, Jack Hill is fleshy, spicy and integrated, brimming promisingly with a wealth of dark cherry, strawberry and blood orange. A tease of cola and cardamom give it a powerful middle of nuanced richness around a body of firm integrated tannin.

There is a marvelous richness texture and richness on the palate that will keep Burgundy lovers occupied for hours on end.
Patz & Hall, Sonoma Coast, California '17
$75.00
92 Points Wine & Spirits: James Hall blends this wine from 18 vineyards, mostly in the Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley. He lets the fermentation start slowly, with ambient yeasts, then finishes it with cultured yeasts, aging the wine in French oak barrels (45 percent new) and bottling it unfiltered. The wine is beefy and youthfully tannic, even as the color is transparent in the glass. Behind the tannins, there’s a tight, cool and saline pinot with plush black-cherry flavors.
Peay, Sonoma Coast, California '17
$70.00
93 Points Robert Parker: The 2017 Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast comes from 100% estate fruit this vintage. Pale to medium ruby-purple, the nose is broody with iron, iodine, forest floor and blood orange with cranberry and blackberry fruit. Light to medium-bodied, it's ultra silky and a maintains a nice balance of ripe fruit, bitters and earth, with classic tea leaf and citrus peel flavors and a long, juicy, uplifted finish.
Teutonic Wine Co., "Bergspitze", Laurel Vyd. Chehalem Mtns, Oregon '20
$56.00
The fruit is grown on the top of Bald Peak in the Chehalem Mountains at 1250 feet elevation, hence we call this wine "Bergspitze" which means mountain top in German. 100% Alsatian Coury clones brought back in a suitcase by Charles Coury and planted in Oregon in 1965. The 2018 vintage delivers the typical characteristics of this vineyard, lighter colored but deep in aromatics of bright fruit notes of cherry and white raspberry with a slight dusting of chalkiness. The finish is long and keeps your palate reminded of what you just sipped until the next taste. This wine is light enough to pair with seafood and can hold up to pork and beef.
Sangiovese
Montenidoli Chianti Colli Senesi Il Garrulo Italy '19
$60.00
Montenidoli, the mountain of the little nests: 24 hectares of vineyards surrounded by 200 hectares of woodlands. The Etruscans were the first to discover this treasure and plant vines, then came the Romans and the Knights Templar. The Montenidoli winery arrived in 1965, heirs to a long farming tradition. Sergio was a teacher, whereas Elisabetta had the land in her blood; her family had cultivated vines and olive trees in Custozza, not far from Verona, since the 1700s, and, as a child, she had spent a lot of time wandering the vineyards of Valpolicella. Following family traditions, Elisabetta and Sergio respect the land, cultivating it with exclusively organic methods. The vineyards multiplied, planted with indigenous varietals: Sangiovese blend with Vernaccia, san Gimignano's historic white grape, ,Canaiolo, Trebbiano Gentile, and Malvasia Bianca -- The traditional grapes of Chianti. The first wine was born in a great vintage - 1971.
Syrah/Shiraz & Blends
Jonata, Todos, Ballard Canyon, California '15
$80.00
94 Points Decanter: In the words of Jonata Winemaker Matt Dees, the rough recipe for the “Todos” blend is “~50% Syrah, ~30% Cabernet Sauvignon, and ~20% chaos.” A blend of both red and white varietals from the Rhône, Bordeaux and Italy, this avant-garde blend manages to successfully express the expansiveness of the property from which it comes. The nose is massive and dark, containing aromas of bramble, mesquite and burning embers. The palate is laden with roasted black and blue fruits, glued together by tree sap and black pepper. A truly unique powerhouse of a wine.
Manousakis Winery Nostos Alexandria Crete Greece '18
$59.00
A beautiful Rhône blend that hails from Crete. 40% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre. Without a doubt one of our favorite family-owned Greek wineries. Fruity aromas that are simultaneously dense and fresh. Aromas include strawberry, black cherry, mulberry, some notes of tobacco and spices. Full and dry mouth with smooth tannins and again, fresh fruit. It has a long and clean finish that accentuates the spices present.
Tannat
Y. Rousseau, Mendocino, CA '17
$62.00
The winemaker, Yannick Rousseau, is a favorite of ours and we have done several wine dinners with him at Rapscallion. Amazing guy, and maker of the best Tannat wines in California! Generous, bright, robust, complex, and well-structured. On the nose, ripe blueberries and violet flower along with additional savory notes of black olives and cured meats. The palate is voluptuous, fresh, juicy with silky tannins, and a long finish. This is a GREAT WINE TO PAIR WITH BURGERS!
Zinfandel & Blends
Bedrock Winery Old Vine Zinfandel '20
$62.00
Winemaker Notes: The largest single component comes from the old vines at Bedrock Vineyard, followed by the perfumed goodness of Esola Vineyard, the softer but fresh Schmiedt Vineyard, and the peppery, dark-fruited Nervo Ranch Vineyard. As usual, almost all of the wine consists of declassified barrels from vineyard-designated wines, so it offers serious bang for the buck. 85% Zinfandel with the balance a blend of Carignan, Mataro, Grenache, and Alicante Bouschet, along with esoteric creatures like Aubun, Abouriou, and many more. Critical Acclaim: A briar patch of a wine, with zesty wild berry, underbrush and licorice flavors that finish with medium-grained tannins. 90 points Wine Spectator
