Mourvèdre / Grenache Blend. LES SARRINS Rosé set out to leverage Bruno Paillard’s expertise in the region, to produce a wine that is Pure Provence. A wine that shows off the best attributes of this appellation, making it synonymous with the greatest Rosé in the world. Only grapes from the top parts of the AOP are selected for our production. The grapes are gently pressed producing a beautiful light pink color and vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at moderate temperatures to reduce malolactic fermentation. The result is a fresh, bright, floral Rosé of beautiful balance.

Arneis is a grape variety that has a long history in Piedmont. Old documents testify its presence in 1200 after Christ, together with Nebbiolo. Our commitment is to express the tipicity of this variety and therefore enhance its unique aromas and flavours of white flowers, tropical fruits (pineapple, banana) and its softness and creaminess on the palate that make this wine enjoyable also when it is still young. This wine should be enjoyed in the first 3-4 years in order to appreciate its fresh aromatics however, it does age in bottle developing interesting aromas and flavors.

Gavalas Winery Assyrtiko hails from the magical, postcard picture perfect island of Santorini. Gavalas family winery, one of the oldest wineries in Santorini, lies in the traditional village of Megalochori. The purpose of the family is to highlight the particular characteristics of Santorini’s “terroir”. The fourth generation winemaker is George Gavalas and the fifth is his son, Vagelis. This 100% Assyrtiko has aromas of citrus, lemon, pear and peach accompany the typical saltiness and minerality of Assyrtiko. Full body with high acidity and long aftertaste.

The Cole Ranch AVA—less than a quarter mile—is the smallest appellation in the United States Critical Acclaim: 93 points Wilfred Wong of wine.com. The 2019 Cobb Cole Ranch Riesling is an outstanding wine. TASTING NOTES: This wine shines with aromas and flavors of green apples, stones, and rocks.

On the nose there are aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, honeycomb. There are flavors of apricots, white grapefruit, melon, refreshing acidity and minerality. We believe great wine should not have rules, and some of life's most important moments are better over a shared bottle. That's why we craft wines worthy of these times yet also for everyday too. A longtime favorite at Boulevardier where we have carried this wine for many, many years. Pale gold with green hints. Very expressive, intense and complex nose with boxwood, rhubarb, black currant, kiwi, and a light vegetal touch (marigold). The entry is soft and round. Bright freshness on the palate, delicate and lively purity. Well-balanced and harmonious, it ends with a clean lingering finish.

The Vacherons are without question Sancerre’s leading winemaking clan. From the family’s pioneering work in identifying and exploiting the region’s top terroirs to their leading position in biodynamic viticulture today, there are few if any artisans in Sancerre as exacting or as respected. Natural winemaking at Domaine Vacheron is second nature. Taking care of the soil, and in turn the vine, is of the utmost importance to the family. Vines have been cared for biodynamically since the early 2000s, and the estate is certified in both organic and biodynamic practices. No synthetic materials whatsoever are used in the vineyards; the family makes its own organic compost. Yields are naturally low. Harvest is exclusively by hand. Grapes are fermented on indigenous yeasts in a combination of stainless-steel or cement tanks and wooden, open-top fermenters. Wines are aged either in large oak cask or French oak barrels, depending on the cru and the vintage, and are bottled unfiltered, according to the lunar cycle.

The Manousakis Nostos Vidiano hails from the magical island of Crete. Crete is the largest of the Greek islands and the 5th largest island in the Mediterranean. Manousakis Winery is a family-owned organic boutique winery located on the western side of Crete approximately 30 minutes west of Chania. This expression of Vidiano is bright with intense lemon-green color with slow and rich legs. Nose with moderate to high intensity. Ripe stone fruits, honeycomb, dried flowers. Dense, medium bodied and complex mouth with intense flavor of white stone fruit. Long finish dominated by mineral, stone fruits, and citrus.

Blended from the traditional Bordeaux varietals, this wine builds on 5 decades of crafting great Napa County mountain-grown wines. Dark and spicy, this wine displays beautiful aromas of currant, cassis, sage and thyme, as well as hints of cinnamon and clove from barrel aging. On the palate, balanced tannins, ripe berry flavors, layers of cola and grenadine. Wine Enthusiast 90 Points: This well-made blend leads with 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, adding in 33% Merlot and smaller amounts of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. Creamy in cassis and vanilla, it exudes brooding blueberry flavors that wrap around sage, leather and cigar, the tannins burly and thick.

The 2019 Ehlers Estate Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a luscious wine and a great representation of the Napa Valley. Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from our Estate vineyard dominate the blend, accompanied by Cabernet Sauvignon from carefully selected Howell Mountain and Napa vineyard sites. Deep purple, concentrated aromas of blackberries, mineral notes of graphite and smashed rocks, cedar, tobacco leaf, cassis, and dry herbs spice mix. Ample mouth feel, full-body, with firm tannins and great acid structure, that helps accentuate the flavors of berry compote, spices, and oak flavors like mocha. Very long finish. Aromas of black cherries wrapped in a spice box of nutmeg, clove, and allspice jump from the glass. The palate is filled with flavors of black currants and plum that lead seamlessly to silky tannins and black cherry notes. Blackberry, Mission fig and black cherry notes linger on the finish. This is arguably the best Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc ever made. Their vineyards in Washington State set Quilceda Creek apart. As the 12th bonded winery in the state post Prohibition, their longevity has given them years to refine their vineyard sourcing and perfect our farming practices. As the industry and vine acreage in Washington State have grown, they have used their depth of knowledge and experience to their advantage, singling out properties with the combination of geography, climate and soils capable of producing layered and complex Cabernet Sauvignons.

Within the DOC Bolgheri area, Tenuta Argentiera is the closest estate to the sea and the one that reaches the highest altitude, spreading from the plains to the hills. Its vineyards are completely surrounded by luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation. The estate is cultivated with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Syrah, which are extremely typical, superb quality vines of the Bolgheri area as proven by neighbors like Sassicaia and Ornellaia. The wineries and cellars are made of recycled or traditional materials such as terracotta and baked roofing tiles. The vineyards are surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the countryside is flush with maritime pines and olive tree groves. The blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot with all the varieties vinified separately in stainless steel tanks for 20-25 days at a controlled temperature not above 28° C. The wine then completed malolactic fermentation in 225 liter French-oak barrels. The wine then spent 12 months in barrels and at least another 10 months in bottles, prior to release. Intense ruby robe with beautiful reflections of old rose petals. Frank and spicy with black pepper and licorice, surprising floral notes of grass and acacia, evolving onto more classic notes of strawberry, cherry and fresh blackcurrant, and subtle notes of camphor and menthol. The attack is frank and ample, reflecting thegourmand and delicate characteristics of the estate and magnificently held by fine tannins with a silky length, strengthened by the freshness of the menthol and scents of the garriques. Winemaker Notes The wine shows intense blackberry and fig fruit with licorice, violets, and charcoal on the finish. It is remarkably fresh and finessed given the sun and warmth of the southern Rhône. Without a doubt a Bradley and Brooks favorite! 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc, 7% Malbec, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Critical Acclaime: 92 Points Wine Enthusiast. Château Coutet (not to be confused with the Coutet in Barsac) is located in the heart of Saint-Emilion, about half a kilometer away from the village. It has belonged to the David-Beaulieu family since 1601 (14 generations). However, the presence of old ruins, wild tulips and Eastern Gladiolus found in the vineyard suggest that the property has been making wines since the Roman times. The vineyard is next to some of the most prestigious properties, including Château Angelus (1er Grand Cru Classé “A”), Château Canon , Beauséjour-Ducot or even Beauséjour-Dufau-Lagarosse (all 1er Grand Cru Classé “B”). In fact, Coutet used to be a Grand Cru Classé in 1955. One of specificities of Coutet is that it has been practicing organic viticulture as long as they’ve been making wine. Although the estate has only been certified organic since 2013, it is one of the very few vineyards in France that can claim to always carry organic practices (there’s only 58 of them today). The property is 16 hectares in size (40 acres) of which 12 hectares is planted with vines and the remaining 4 hectares is covered in parks and woods where a unique biodiversity lives, rare species of flowers, orchids, and the myriad of insects and birds that come with it. The vineyard has no traces of pesticides, chemical fertilizers or herbicides and is thus naturally organic. Minimum intervention in the vineyard and cellar. Average age of the vines is 38 years old, but some of the oldest vines are a century old. Horses are used to plow some of the oldest plots in the vineyards. All grapes are hand harvested. Use of indigenous yeast found naturally in the vineyard. After the natural alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in 20% new French oak barrels. Estate grown and bottled. Certified Organic. 4,000 cases produced annually.

Critical Acclaim: 97 points Wine Enthusiast - This estate has made a dark, dense wine in this vintage. That density is penetrated by the freshness of the black currant fruits. The result is a wine that is powered both by structure and crisp fruit. It offers a complex array of spiced red and black fruits, cedary herbs, lead pencil, and a kiss of tobacco to go with a medium-bodied, elegant, impressively balanced style on the palate. It shows the more classic style of the vintage, has no hard edges, and is going to be relatively accessible in its youth yet also age gracefully. 95 points Robert Parker's Wine Advocate - The 2019 La Gaffelière wafts from the glass with a rich bouquet of blackberries and cherries mingled with subtle hints of burning embers and loamy soil that's framed by a deft application of creamy new oak. Medium to full-bodied, deep and seamless, it's a concentrated, vibrant wine built around bright acids and fine, powdery tannins. Its vivid fruit tones and classical balance make this Cabernet Franc-rich blend a promising candidate for sustained bottle age. Anyone who has tasted the great wines this estate produced in the 1950's and 1960's knows how great this site can be; and with stricter selection as well as the elimination of fruit from vines growing on the plain from the blend, that potential appears to be being unleashed at last. 94 points Wine Spectator - This rolls out dense fig, boysenberry and red currant paste flavors laced with pronounced chalky minerality and notes of tobacco, dried anise and juniper. The serious tannic drive on the finish puts this in the 'classically austere' camp. Worth cellaring for sure, but patience is required.

Jayson by Pahlmeyer 2021 Jayson Red Wine Napa Valley The 2021 Jayson Red Wine is rich and fleshy, with our mountain-grown Merlot at its core. Expressive aromas of crushed black cherry, mushroom, and leather lead to a ripe, focused palate of black cherry and black currant laced with mocha and toasty spice. The mid-palate is mouth-filling and plush with caressing polished tannins that guide the interlaid flavors long through a pure, persistent finish. — Katie Vogt, Winemaker 76% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Malbec, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Franc. #9 Wine on Wine Spectator's Top 100 list for 2024. 94 points. Aldo Vaira took control of the family vineyards in 1968, when he was just 15 years old. Today, G.D. Vajra is one of the Piedmont region’s most recognized estates and comprises 150 acres, mostly around the commune of Barolo. Aldo and his wife, Milena, are joined by their children, Giuseppe, Francesca and Isidoro. Though there are three Menzioni Geografiche Aggiuntive (MGA) bottlings at the top of Vajra’s range, it’s Barolo Albe that best represents the winery’s elegant, high-elevation style, delivering consistent quality for an attractive price. Sourced from parcels ranging from 1,250 to 1,585 feet in elevation, the various lots macerated for one to three months, then aged 26 months in 4,000-, 5,000- and 7,500-liter Slavonian oak casks. Tasting Note: This effusive red displays cherry, raspberry, rose, iron, juniper and hay flavors, underscored by vibrant acidity. Harmonious and supple in texture, with a long aftertaste of red fruit, mineral and floral elements.

It’s medium- to full-bodied, with bitter citrus, cedar, chocolate and coffee bean character. Tight at the end. From five villages, primarily Serralunga, Monforte, La Morra, Grinzane Cavour, and Novello. Needs two or three years to open and will age for a very long time."

Genuinely Sicilian. As Duca di Salaparuta nears its 200th year, the winery proudly presents the thirty-fifth harvest of its most iconic wine: Duca Enrico. The label embodies the two souls of this winery – an innovative spirit and a deep bond with Sicily and its history – and gives life to a fascinating project centered on continuing an impressive wine heritage. In 1984, Duca Enrico was Duca di Salaparuta’s first and most important tribute to Nero d’Avola, a rough yet bold grape that has made Sicilian viticulture known to the rest of the world. At a time when the potential of this variety was not yet recognized, Duca di Salaparuta decided to vinify a 100% Nero d’Avola for the first time, inaugurating a new era of Sicilian winemaking. This is how Duca Enrico came to life: the result of the desire to produce an outstanding Sicilian red wine that can rise among the top enological expressions from all over the globe. A salty and savory nose on this wine has crushed rocks, pencil shavings, new leather and then balsamic vinegar, wild oregano and black pepper. Dried cherries and strawberry candy come through on the palate before grilled meat, rocks, soil and the slightly sour saltiness of vinegar are pointed up by powerful acid.

"I was sold on Emeric’s 2022 Poulsard from the nose alone: cardamom, rose petals, roasted root vegetables slathered in cinnamon; earthy but pure, and overflowing with the kind of spice whose siren song led men to treacherous sea voyages in centuries past. The palate, sappy and succulent, echoes the nose in its complexity, yet it glides, lifts, and swells effortlessly, leaving clinging, cleansing stoniness in its wake. Bitouzet is an iconic Burgundy producer. A committed classicist, he has provided us with over thirty-years worth of structured, demanding, age-worthy, satisfying wines, from the heart of the Cote de Beaune. This domaine is a tried and true standard bearer for all that is fundamentally good and sound in Burgundy: conscientious and sensitive work in the vineyards, respect above all for the specific character of each lieu-dit, patience and attention to detail in the cellar, and a commitment to producing wines of depth and, of critical importance, longevity. This Aussy 1er cru vineyard site sits just below En Champans on the slope; half was planted in 1948, and the other half in 1998 so boasts beautiful concentration from these old vines. With its pretty spice element, elegant floral notes, and taut red fruits, this cuvée offers a supple, silken texture and subdued tannins—a quintessential Volnay, and the most open and approachable of François’s premier crus. On top of that – 2018 many have been overlooked for being a riper vintage, but it means this wine is absolutely singing now and does not require decanting or cellar time.

This wine honors the unique spirit of the Pacific Northwest. Brimming with fresh blackberry and plum aromas this wine gains earth and herb nuances with time. Ripe red plums and red cherries dominate the smooth palate.

From a cold, steep site located near the Pacific Ocean, Jack Hill is fleshy, spicy and integrated, brimming promisingly with a wealth of dark cherry, strawberry and blood orange. A tease of cola and cardamom give it a powerful middle of nuanced richness around a body of firm integrated tannin.

“Along with its neighbors Puligny-Montrachet and Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet is viewed today as one of white Burgundy’s “big three”—a world-famous village synonymous with layered, mineral-driven, age-worthy Chardonnay. However, a peek into even the relatively recent past reveals that Chassagne-Montrachet was more renowned for red wine for most of its viticultural history. According to our friend Sylvain Morey, Chassagne-Montrachet was planted two-thirds to Pinot Noir and one-third to Chardonnay up through the late 1970s, when a shift began to occur; by the mid-1990s, plantings were roughly equivalent; and today, Chardonnay outnumbers Pinot Noir 75% to 25% and gains ground with each passing year. Winemaker Notes Chassagne’s unabashed soil-driven nature shines through clearly but elegantly in this wine; one would have to spend much more in the Côte de Nuits to find something even approaching it.

#6 Wine Spectator Top 100 for 2024! This marks the third time a Roserock wine has achieved a place in the Wine Spectator’s annual Top 100, which says a lot about this exceptional vineyard and the care put into producing these wines. 94 points! Domaine Drouhin is the Oregon outpost of Burgundy’s Maison Joseph Drouhin. While most of the estate vineyards are in the Dundee Hills, Roserock Vineyard in Eola-Amity Hills has become increasingly key to the winery’s success since the Drouhins purchased the 122-acre vineyard in 2013. Véronique Boss-Drouhin, who oversees winemaking operations in both Burgundy and Oregon, blended a selection from the vineyard’s 35 individual blocks, which she fermented separately. Eola-Amity Pinot Noirs are known for their powerful structure, but Boss-Drouhin strives to accentuate the house’s graceful style. This 2022 aged in French oak barrels (20 percent of which were new) for 10 months.

Pale to medium ruby-purple, the nose is broody with iron, iodine, forest floor and blood orange with cranberry and blackberry fruit. Light to medium-bodied, it's ultra silky and a maintains a nice balance of ripe fruit, bitters and earth, with classic tea leaf and citrus peel flavors and a long, juicy, uplifted finish.

Famous for its bold, layered and long-lived red, Brunello di Montalcino, the town of Montalcino is about 70 miles south of Florence, and has a warmer and drier climate than that of its neighbor, Chianti. The Sangiovese grape is king here, as it is in Chianti, but Montalcino has its own clone called Brunello. Critical Acclaim: 95 Points Wine Spectator. "This red features a core of cherry and strawberry fruit, along with leafy underbrush and rosemary accents. Sinewy tannins take over midpalate, vying for attention with the fruit on the lingering, mineral-tinged aftertaste, yet this is elegant and balanced overall." Organic.

Poggerino's wines are produced organically, exclusively from their own grapes, and every step of wine production and marketing is carried out by the owners themselves. 94 Points Jeb Dunnuck:Always a kitchen sink blend, the 2017 Todos checks in as 44% Syrah, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 12% Petite Sirah, and the rest Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. It's always a smoking value, and while I wasn't able to get a suggested retail price, I don't expect that to change. Certainly, the quality is top-notch. Blackberries, smoked plums, graphite, ground pepper, and crushed rock-like minerality all emerge from this beautifully balanced, elegant, yet concentrated and fleshy red that has the class, as well as the structure, to keep for over a decade. It should be even better this time next year. Rating: 94+

Alain Graillot is well known to wine lovers throughout the world and is universally regarded as one of the most talented producers not only in the Rhône but in the whole of France. What is extraordinary is that he has built his reputation and fame in just 15 short years and in an appellation that was until recently seriously despised by the cognoscenti. The quality of Graillot wines is now legendary and he has become the father-figure to a whole new generation of young Rhône producers. And if appellations such as Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph now offer some of the best wine values in the Rhône it is in no little part thanks to Alain's groundbreaking work. WINE DESCRIPTION: Expressive bright red and dark berry, smoked meat, olive and floral qualities on the spice-accented nose. Sappy and penetrating on the palate, offering gently sweet cherry-cola, blackberry and baking spice flavors that show fine detail and a mineral, back-end lift. Finishes very long and subtly chewy, with repeating smokiness, harmonious tannins and strong persistence.

Generous, bright, robust, complex, and well-structured. On the nose, ripe blueberries and violet flower along with additional savory notes of black olives and cured meats. The palate is voluptuous, fresh, juicy with silky tannins, and a long finish. This is a GREAT WINE TO PAIR WITH BURGERS!

Yannick Rousseau is a son of a butcher! Yannick's father was a butcher that hailed from a small town in Gascony located in southwestern France. SOB is an unmistakable California resident...rich and juicy with a youthful vibe. This blend of Tannat and Bordeaux varietals never forgets its french roots or that certain "je ne sais quoi."

Winemaker Notes: The largest single component comes from the old vines at Bedrock Vineyard, followed by the perfumed goodness of Esola Vineyard, the softer but fresh Schmiedt Vineyard, and the peppery, dark-fruited Nervo Ranch Vineyard. Day is the Zinfandel project of Ehren Jordan, the winemaker behind such amazing labels as Turley, Neyers, and Failla. When he purchased a St. Helena property back in 2004, he knew he wanted to plant grapes on the hillside. After a few years of pondering, he decided that the locale was ideal for one of his early loves in the vine world - Zinfandel. Ehren established his reputation as a talented vigneron during his tenure at Turley and Day is a return to those roots. Named for the old grist mill that was found on the property, Grist sits pretty at 1000 ft. elevation on Bradford Mountain in the Dry Creek Valley AVA. The site was originally planted 100 years ago, and has since been replanted in the early 1970s. Farming here is Organic. The iron rich, red volcanic Boomer Loam soil results in low yields and concentrated wines.

Though the vast majority of Turley's wines are single vineyard designates, Juvenile is actually composed of a variety of young vines that have been replanted in several of their old vine sites. They tag the vine when it is replanted so as not to mix the brand new vine with its much older neighbors, then pick these young vines separately and make a distinct wine. The vines that make up Juvenile range in age from about 6-25 years, and Turley pulls from 18 of their best vineyards across California, including Hayne, Ueberroth, Pesenti, Salvador, Vineyard 101, Fredericks and Kirschenmann.

This sparkling wine—one of the flagship Crémants d’Alsace—is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown on terroirs favourable to the sole Alsatian red grape variety. This wine is a unique and rare rosé blend from Paros, Cyclades, Greece. The blend is 90% Monemvassia and 10% Mandilaria grapes, selected from vineyards in the locations of Kamares and Aspries. Renowned Austrian winemaker Fred Loimer comes from a long-established Langenlois winegrowing family – where Fred was involved in winemaking from a young age. The Loimer winery resides on 70 hectares (172 acres) in Langenlois, the capital of the Kamptal winegrowing region of Austria, located in the northeast part of the country. In 1998 Fred took over the winery from his father and was ready to follow his path, outside of the traditional, long-standing ways. A fabulously sherried single malt from Glengoyne, matured predominantly in first fill European oak sherry casks for 21 long years. Its time in the cask has bestowed upon it lovely rich fruity notes with an exceptionally long finish. This fantastic whisky was winner of a Double Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018. Impressive stuff.

Macallan 12 Year is a classic sherry-cask-matured Highland that makes a very good gateway into the single malt category. Flavors of fruitcake, warmed bread, soaked raisins, & clove lead to a warm, medium to long finish noted with pear, cigar, & peppery clove notes.

Orphan Barrel’s 2020 release is Muckety-Muck, a 24-year-old single grain Scotch whisky from the shuttered Port Dundas distillery. It’s the second release whose origins come a closed Scottish distillery. Last year saw Forager’s Keep, a 26-year-old single malt from Pittyvaich. For years, the series almost exclusively featured old Kentucky bourbon. I’m glad to see the brand, owned by Diageo, explore its expansive library of aging whiskies in Scotland. Single grain means the whisky comes from one distillery and was distilled from a cereal grain. Whereas malt whiskies are distilled using pot stills, grain whiskies are typically distilled using column stills. Established in 1810, Port Dundas was at one time the largest distillery in Scotland. Production stopped and the distillery was demolished in 2011. Older single grain whiskies can be dreamy, and this bottling is no exception. Soft top notes of vanilla and butterscotch mingle with ripe orchard fruits on the nose. The palate mostly follows suit, sprinkling in some baking spices and lemon rind. The whisky reveals a touch of rancio on the back palate, a sign of its age. The medium length finish is warming with lingering semi-sweet notes.

Situated at the base of Mt. Fuji, only 7.5 miles from its peak, the Fuji Distillery (https://fujiwhisky.com/) has been making whisky in the shadow of Japan’s most famous mountain since 1973. Despite that, their first US release came only in 2021. This is extremely limited. In point of fact, Hillside Tavern was allocated only 1 bottle! This release of Fuji Single Grain Japanese Whiskey is a blend of Fuji’s three in-house grain whiskies and is bottled at 46% ABV. It was created to highlight both the similarities and differences of different grain whiskies from around the world, with a Japanese flair. The fruity notes are present with apple and pear coming out again, vanilla and some grain notes in the back. It tastes less ‘bourbon-y’ then the nose suggests, yet can still be described as a lighter feeling and tasting style of bourbon. The finish is nice and long, morphing to orange and chocolate. With water, the aroma is more pleasing as the water pushes the grain notes back and pulls the fruity notes forward. If you’re a bourbon drinker looking to try something new, this may be what you’re looking for. It just might win you over with its complex yet lighter bourbon-like qualities. It’s quite a combination—a mix of straight bourbons aged 18, 17, 9, and 4 years, along with 10 year old and 4 year old ryes, and 5 year old straight malt that was finished in applewood-smoked barrels. Produced at Dublin's first new distillery in 125 years, this release in the Wonders of Wood series has a mash bill of 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley and is finished in Virgin Portuguese Oak, a wood with a higher tannin content than other oaks typically used to age whiskey. The result is a truly unique Irish Whiskey with savoury marmalade flavour and warming hints of tobacco. Only a limited number of bottles of this whiskey have been produced.
